Have you reached out to school board members yet? What did they say?
Share their feedback here to help us better understand who we need to target for advocacy and where we can form strategic relationships to stop the clousre of Tudor.

This is a list of the current school board members and any insight gained over the last week:1. Andy Holleman (President): specifically would like to hear about anything ASD didn't consider in their rubric, and any extra programs the school has. Encouraged us to show up in force to board meetings.
2. Carl Jacobs (VP):
3. Kelly Lessens (Treasurer): wants to hear about the financial implications about closing Tudor, and how we think it will effect student outcomes in the long-run4. Dora Wilson (Clerk)5. Margo Bellamy6. Pat Higgins: met with Tudor families at 11/6 PTA meeting. Expressed his position that he is largely against closing community schools and was the only board member who voted against closing all schools 2 years ago, and encouraged Tudor to be as vocal and visible as possible. 7. Dave Donley: met Tudor families at 11/12 Community Conversation. Speculated as to whether the board would even be ready to vote by 12/17, and shared that he has many questions. If you asked him today to vote, he would vote no. One parent who talked to Kelly & Andy said it felt like they were looking for a reason to say no, but need the evidence and information to do so.
